After a 30-year career as a mechanical engineer, Johnny Peens started a new adventure in the heart of the Garden Route. On the coastline of Great Brak River, he created a haven for local and international travellers looking for comfort, relaxation and good memories.
With sea views and a warm welcome, Johnny has hosted and spoiled thousands of guests over four years at Seebederfie. He has a gift for making people feel special — and a genuine care for great food and good company that makes every stay memorable.

This is the TRUE “Home away from Home” — with shoe racks, sock drawers, rooms the size of a real house, and showers with a view. Everything is thought of.
